Biographical and Professional Information

Frank Calkins received his education at Utah University and his ranger training at Utah State University in Logan. He worked as a ranger for the state of Utah and was editor of the "Utah Fish and Game Magazine." He and his wife, writer Rodello Hunter (1920-2005), previously lived in Freedom, Wyoming. He moved to Jackson Hole in 1974.
