Biographical and Professional Information

I own a small fiber ranch in Parkman, Wyoming called Big Horn Mountain Alpacas. I am a fiber artist and I spin and felt my animal's yearly shearings into finished wearable items and fiber art pieces. This is my first published children's book. I have another children's book I'm working on about alpacas, which are camelids related to the llama and camel. Before becoming a fiber rancher/fiber artist I taught in the public school system for 12 years as a reading specialist.
