Biographical and Professional Information

Marjane Ambler was editor of “High Country News” in Lander from 1973-80. (“High Country News” is now located in Paonia, Colo.) She was a recipient of Wyoming Council for the Humanities grants in 1988 and 1990. Although not Native American, she has written extensively about Native American issues.
