Biographical and Professional Information
Teva J. Scheer retired from the Federal Government after almost 30 years as a Human Resources specialist, manager, and director. She and her husband now live near Victoria on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. She currently teaches at the University of Victoria, as well as conducting on-line courses for the Graduate School of Public Affairs, University of Colorado.
Dr. Scheer's first book, published in December 2005, was "Governor Lady," the biography of Wyoming's first female governor, Nellie Tayloe Ross. She is currently completing her second book. Her new topic is village life in early modern Germany, and its target audience is genealogists who want to learn more about their German roots.
